*Please note: If you are coming to our studio for the first time, it is best to email us ahead of time so we know to expect you!
We do not offer online sign up as those programs are expensive and we are a small “boutique” studio! Instead, we offer a very personalized yoga experience! Email us instead and we will give you a personalized registration confirmation!
Our studio is located at:
1383 VT Route 44, in Brownsville, VT
*It is the big green house next to the post office!
*The Yoga studio is just inside the main door.
Please note the following changes:
Classes with Angie will be on pause for two week August/September.
There will be no class:
Sunday August 25, and Thursday August 29
Sunday September 1, and Thursday September 5
Classes will resume Sunday September 8 and run on a 10 week series format.
The first 10 week series will be

Sunday Slow Flow 9-10:15 AM
Sunday September 8-November 10
Suitable for beginners and those seeking deeper body/mind awareness. Explores fluid movement through active and passive asana and somatic movement, guided by the breath. Movement is centered simple, and graceful, while still offering seasoned practitioners the chance to access more subtle body/mind awareness.
Thursday Energizing Flow and Restore with Live Music, 6-7:15 PM with Angie and Josh.

Suitable for any level.
Starting with Slow Flow basics and somatic energy movements, we then move into deeper exploration and inquiry of asana and movement practice. Through thoughtful and purposeful fluid based movement, we deepen the connection between the physical body and the conscious mind. Class always ends with restorative yoga postures guided by soothing classical guitar, and chanting. A luxurious practice.

Special 5 week Candlelight Yin Yoga Series with Alexandra Hanly
Mondays beginning August 19th from 7-8:15pm
$55 to attend once per week, and $15 to drop in. If you would like to attend one of Angie Follensbee-Hall's classes at Jai studios, you may do so for a special rate of $10 if you sign up for this series packages.

“In Yin Yoga we strengthen and lengthen the connective fibers by holding passive stretches on the floor for 2-5 minutes. It is highly beneficial for your organs, deep muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nervous system. Yin yoga is deeply meditative, deliberate, and slow-paced. The practice asks you to challenge yourself by being still, patient, and clear-headed. Yin yoga helps to develop the inner quality of being able to find comfort in the uncomfortable. It relies on gravity, meaning that we learn to surrender both physically and mentally. By practicing this discipline we connect to our inner grace and often rediscover an inner strength.
If you are prepared to challenge yourself physically and mentally, and now find yourself ready to connect deeply on a meditative level then this class is designed for you.
These candlelit sessions begin with a meditation and breathing technique before moving into the yin poses and then ends with a soothing guided meditation.”
Classes are held on a 5 week series basis and packages are available for $55. Drop-ins are always welcome and are $15.
