Emotions left unseen and without proper expression can create obstacles on our path of personal growth and spiritual development. Often, they hide within the body expressing themselves as physical aches and pains.
In the Exploring the Emotion Self workshop you will be introduced to a variety of simple yet effective tools appropriate for releasing past emotional responses and transforming them into openness and positivity. Together, we will explore a deep-rooted emotion through movement (yoga), meditation and journaling with the support of therapeutic-grade essential oils. Through these practices we will begin to reprogram both the mind and body, building a solid foundation for emotional transformation.
